Objectivity: To have focus in the essential one is with priority for our Business. “Complicated” keep us far from excellency. Simplicity is not to want to reinvent the wheel, is to have decision, speed. Urgency is a spirit state! Delays also are not well comings, we decide fast and with agility. What it cannot be explained in half sheet of paper is inapplicable in our Business.

Results: This is the reason to exist: to produce increasing and lasting results for the company. We are blinded by excellent results and independent of the area we are, we must ask ourselves constantly: what I am making today adds value, generates results?
